Council Member Biography

Hermann Plank is the President and Owner of TecnoKal, a marketing and technology consulting firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Plank specializes in developing and marketing technologies in plastics for medical devices, consumer products and electronics, automotive and sustainable packaging. TecnoKal Media Services represents UBM Canon Plastics in Europe, Africa and South America marketing print and digital media services to the plastics industry. Previously, he held the management positions in Europe and in the USA at Milacron (world leading manufacturer of plastics processing machinery) and Tech Group (leading contract manufacturer of medical devices and consumer products). Mr. Plank is an expert witness; a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt was moderator of the Top Technology Conference, Molding 2004 through 2008 and speaks German, English and Italian.
