Mr. Jack Sayer

Council Member Biography

Jack Sayer is the Managing Partner of Sayer Partners LLC, since January 2002, an automotive consultancy with auto dealer and investment clients in the NYC Metro, Chicago and Southern California markets, focused on development and management processes for the retail and wholesale auto sectors. The firm provides analysis of the retail and Auto OEM sectors, focusing on the public dealer groups, captive, bank and credit union lenders, Tier 1, 2 and 3 Auto Suppliers, auto parts retailers and aftermarket providers as well as expert witness testimony. Mr. Sayer has dealership experience, including, dealership evaluation, mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he was an Executive Manager at General Motors, President and COO at Z Frank Dealer Group, which included America's largest Chevrolet dealership and a Director at AutoNation. Mr. Sayer later developed a Used Car Megastore Group in the Washington DC area, Car Corporation of America, where he served as the COO prior to it being acquired by CarMax.
