Council Member Biography

James Aliucci, CEO of The Global Group which is involved in consulting, planning and advising; corporate soft intelligence research, marketing research, as well as advising trust funders, investment bankers, and portfolio managers. Mr. Aliucci is specialized in infrastructure development, fisheries, aquaculture, sustainability, marketing and tropical agriculture; design, planning, implementation. As well as actively involved in, fishmeal (organic/conv), tropical farming/ irrigation, aquaculture, supply side dynamics. Specialties include operational planning, budgets and infrastructure in agriculture and aquaculture. Experience includes 30 years CEO/ COO in research, development, logistics, (air and sea), roll out sales/ marketing. Current projects include aquaculture in Africa, plantation development in Haiti, food project in Honduras and Gulf/ Japans' effect on seafood, aquaculture and fisheries. Mr. Aliucci consults regularly on aquaculture worldwide, tropical agriculture, organics and organic certification, the Pollock/ Salmon industries, fishmeal and world fisheries. Mr. Aliucci most recent project includes water quality issues in Zebra Fish Culture, industrial line planning and cost development in Nevada, and banana plantation infrastructure development in the Caribbean.
