James Mogan is currently the Founder and President of JRM Group, a retail consulting firm located in New York City. Prior to starting JRM Group, Mr. Mogan served as the President of Kellwood's Intimate Apparel Division, overseeing all of the operations. Mr. Mogan was with Kellwood from February of 2002 to February of 2005. Mr. Mogan has also served as the President of Warnaco's Intimate Apparel Division from 1997 to 2001 where he successfully launched Weight Watchers Shapewear Brand and reversed negative sales trends in the Warners' and Fruit of the Loom Brands. Prior to his time at Warnaco, James served as both Senior Vice President and then Executive Vice President of Maidenform in New York. Mr. Mogan was with Maidenform from 1968 to 1997, during which time he participated in the successful development and execution of product, sales, merchandising and marketing strategies. These strategies accurately addressed the preferences of younger demographics, creating several new lines and Private Label Division that sustained the company's strength. James has nearly four decades of experience as a leader in the Intimate Apparel Division. In addition, Mr. Mogan has served as the President of the Intimate Apparel Council of the American Apparel Manufacturing Association. (This is me - Update Profile)

-Launching Macy's as a National Retailer has major ramifications in the Department Store Sector with both Manufacturers and Consumers. -The May Corp Merger has been, on balance, a failure for Federated and has, and will continue to hurt the overall Federated Business.
