He is a Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC), General Agent & Broker for Small & Middle Market clients. Mr. Ward is an active Member of the Risk & Insurance Management Society plus Society for Human Resource Management. In addition, Mr. Ward is President and CEO of Ingenuity Group Advisors, LLC, a wholly owned affiliate that provides Institutional Financial & Insurance Consulting services for Wall Street leaders and well known Management Consulting firms. His 25 years institutional brokerage and consulting services experience includes Greenwich Associates, Merrill Lynch, and Kidder Peabody.
