Mr. Jeff Duff

Council Member Biography

Jeff Duff is the VP and Partner of Airstreams, LLC, a wind energy technical training and independent consulting group, where he has worked since April 2003. Jeff has as Masters Degree mathematics and a BS in Economics (international trade). Jeff was GE Wind's System Performance Manager responsible for the analysis and reporting of GE's Wind Fleet of more than 2000 turbines. Jeff's prior experience is in Wildland Fire management and modeling with the US Bureau of Land Management where he assisted in the development and execution of the National Fire Danger Rating system. A few of the clients he has served include, but are not limited to, the following: BP Renewable Energy, Clipper WindPower, Colorado & Santa Fe Energy, Econergy, Energy Maintenance Service, Global Energy Concepts, MidAmerican Energy Company, Mr. Crane, Outland Energy, Pacific Hydro Services, PPM Energy, Southern California, Sunbelt Developers, Tuck Enterprises, Western Wind Energy, and WindForce GmbH.
