Jeff Heynen is the Directing Analyst of Broadband Access for Infonetics, an international market research and consulting firm specializing in data networking and telecommunications. Mr. Heynen tracks broadband technologies, including DSL, FTTH, FTTN, cable broadband (CMTS and Edge QAMs), broadband CPE, and home networking (MoCA, G.hn, HomePlug) quarterly market share and forecast reports and annual studies detailing service provider buying plans. He has been quoted in leading trade publications, including EE Times, Internet Telephony, Light Reading, Multichannel News, Telecommunications, and Telephony. Previously, for four years he was a Senior Product Marketing Manager with VoIP switch equipment startup sentitO Networks, and two years as Marketing Communications Manager with Tellabs, a telecommunications infrastructure manufacturer.
