Council Member Biography

Jeffrey Gosin, MD, is a Board Certified Vascular and General Surgeon. Dr. Gosin is Vice President of Jersey Shore Surgical Group since July 1997. He also developed the subsidiary practice, Jersey Shore Center for Vascular Health and Comprehensive Vein Care Center, where he serves as the Physician Director. In addition to his busy clinical practice, he is Chief of Vascular Surgery at Shore Memorial Hospital and is the Medical Director of their Cardiovascular Institute, a multidisciplinary interventional department. In that capacity, Dr. Gosin is involved in purchasing decisions of new vascular equipment. His areas of special interests are minimally-invasive interventional techniques (angioplasty, stents, atherectomy); new technology in surgery; carotid artery disease, peripheral artery disease (PAD), and abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) repair, including surgery and endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR).
