Mr. Jeffrey Nichols

Council Member Biography

Jeff Nichols is a Vice President of Stancil and Co, a consulting firm specializing in the downstream oil and gas, petrochemicals, and electrical power industries. Mr. Nichols leads Stancil's clean fuels consulting practice. He has more than 32 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industries. His experience spans from managing plant operations to negotiating contracts and supporting substantial refinery asset transactions both in the United States and Europe. Before joining Stancil, Mr. Nichols worked for Turner, Mason Company from 1993 to 1997, El Paso Refining from 1989 to 1993, Exxon Company USA from 1987 to 1989, Exxon Chemical Company from 1980 to 1987, and Fina Oil & Chemical from 1979 to 1980.
