Jeffrey L. Turner is a Senior Partner at Patton Boggs LLP in Washington, DC, where he is Co-Chair of the Public Policy and Administrative and Regulatory Department, Chair of the Energy Practice Group, and Chair of the Technology Committee. His practice focuses on public policy issues, including climate change and energy legislation, energy tax policy, technology policy, and sanctions policy. He is the lead partner in representing, among other companies and entities, the major integrated oil companies that make up the Ad Hoc Deep Water Exploration and Production Coalition and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
