Jim Austin, CPA, is a PMO Director at University Of Texas Southwestern Medical Center At Dallas. he is also and Associate of Epiphany Healthcare Advisors. He is currently establishing a "practical project management office" and is also helping to get the hospital's strategic IT projects on track.
