Council Member Biography

Joanne Steinhardt, MFA, is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer for DataPros for Healthcare. Ms. Steinhardt oversees the financial, marketing, and technological design for the company. Over the past 15 years she has experienced a diverse background covering healthcare, advertising/marketing and academia. Ms. Steinhardt accumulated knowledge in the fields of biomedical communication and advertising, specializing in new media and web based campaigns, culminated in her appointment as a tenured Associate Professor of Communication at the University of Tampa. Her field of specialty highlights interaction design within web-based software. While employed at NWAyer & Partners, NY she specialized in the conception, coordination, and production of new business pitches specifically geared toward new media. Prior, Ms. Steinhardt worked for both Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and the Department of Veterans Affairs in their Biomedical Communication Departments. (This is me - Update Profile)
