John Cuttino is the Co-Founder & President of Portal Commerce & Logistics; a firm providing consulting services in the logistics industry. Mr. Cuttino has more than 10 years of experience in Brazil, having worked for the U.S. Embassy in Brasília, the Esquel Foundation, and the Organization of American States (OAS). He has extensive academic, research, and consulting experience in the areas of international transportation logistics and trade in several sectors of the Brazilian economy. Since March 2006, Mr. Cuttino has served as the Brazil Representative for the Port of Houston Authority, the second largest U.S. port and first in foreign tonnage. He actively engages Brazilian port authorities, terminal operators, intermodal transportation, government officials, and leading importing/exporting companies across a diverse set of commodity groups.
