Council Member Biography

John Fox is a Senior Vice President and Executive in Charge of PKF Consulting (New York), an international firm of management consultants, industry specialists, and appraisers who provide a full range of services to the hospitality, real estate, and tourism industries. Mr. Fox has been closely involved in the hotel and real estate scene in the New York metropolitan area for more than 30 years, overseeing more than a thousand market and financial studies for hotels, restaurants, and clubs. He serves as an advisor to key owners, lenders, and developers in the Northeast. In real estate consulting, he has been engaged for projects ranging from a 1,000,000 square foot office building in New York City to mixed-use developments throughout the Eastern United States. He is often called upon as an expert witness in litigation matters. Mr. Fox is a contributor to industry publications and is regularly quoted in the New York and national press.
