Mr. John Xenos

Council Member Biography

John Xenos has been the General Manager of the Monarch Beverage Company, since 1995. Monarch Beverage is Indiana's largest beer and wine distributor with sales of 16 million cases of beer and 1 million cases of wine annually. Monarch Beverage has three sister companies namely EF Transit Company, a trucking company; Vision Concepts, an apparel company; and World Class Beverage, a state wide Micro-beer company. At Monarch Beverage, Mr. Xenos is responsible for sales of MillerCoors, Corona, Heineken, Guinness, Sam Adams, Mike's, New Belgium and various micro beers sold in Indiana as well as wine brands including Gallo, Silverado, Frexinet, Schmitt Sohne and Terlato Imported brands. Previously, he was involved in the sales of the E&J Gallo Winery for over 15 years. Mr. Xenos has served on the Coors National Advisory Council and is currently serving on the Diageo, Heineken, New Belgium, and Tamarron National Advisory Councils and a MillerCoors Regional Advisory Council.
