JF Maritime arranges sales and employment of ocean-going vessels and offshore drilling rigs, provides consulting services for vessel financing, management and technical services, for international and US flag Jones Act vessels and for the US Marine Highway program and in the development of environmentally correct ship demolition and recycling programs. Prior to establishing JF Maritime he served as Vice President of Maritime Overseas Corporation, President of Itel Navigation, and Chief Executive of InterMaritime Management. He holds an AB in economics from New York University and was enrolled in their MBA program and served in the US Army with the rank of Captain. Mr. Feffer is a member of the Connecticut Maritime Association, New York Maritime, North American Environmental Protective Association, and Director of the New York and New Jersey Chaper of the Propeller Club and was formerly member of the Society of Maritime Arbitrators and Director of the Association of Shipbrokers & Agents.
