Council Member Biography

Josh Levy is the Managing Director of Tactical Group Holdings (www.Tactical-Group.com) and Tactical Asset Management, a Foreign-Exchange investment advisory and algorithmic proprietary trading firm, which he founded in 2004. Mr. Levy has over 18 years of Forex sales & trading experience. He was a Senior Interbank Forex Trader at Goldman Sachs' (NYSE: GS) global Forex dealing centers in New York and Tokyo, and the Managing Director of the Forex and Treasury Trading division of the SunGard STN (NYSE: SDS, www.SunGard.net, www.SunGard.com) Transaction Network. Mr. Levy also Co-Founded in 1999 the seminal Matchbook FX ECN (A division of GlobalNetFinancial, NASDAQ: GLBN) which was the world's first ECN for foreign Currency Trading Online. Prior to founding Tactical, Mr. Levy was the President of CMC Markets, which is the world's oldest and largest online FX dealer. (This is me - Update Profile)
