Juan Jose Torrente is a Managing Director at Spain Real Estate Advisors (SREA). Mr. Torrente has experience in providing decision making support and services to leading companies in the real estate market in Spain. He has advised in the residential sector, including building process, operations, marketing & sales, development, capital market, and also for the tertiary sector which includes office, industrial, and commercial in CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). Mr. Torrente is a commentator on the Spanish property market and has been voted as one of the most influential specialist in advisory services by the Spanish real estate association. He holds a double degree in BA Law and BA Business Administration and a Masters in Investment in Real Estate from the Instituto de Estudios Bursatiles (IEB) and a Master in Development in Real Estate in ICADE.
