Ms. Kathleen Maher

Council Member Biography

Kathleen Maher is Senior Analyst at Jon Peddie Research (JPR), a market research company. She has authored reports for JPR including the Digital Content Creation report, CAD 2010, and early reports on the evolving DVD industry. Most recently, Ms. Maher has completed the latest version of the CAD report. She is also Principal Writer and Editor for Jon Peddie's TechWatch report, a bi-weekly report on the graphics and multimedia industry. Ms. Maher has experience in digital content creation and oversaw the installation of PC-based typesetting equipment at the Austin Chronicle, where she was Assistant Editor. Ms. Maher has also held editorial positions in the high tech field including Editor in Chief of Cadence, an AutoCAD magazine, and Consulting Editor for startups 3D Design Magazine and Interactivity.
