Council Member Biography
Kees de Vos leads the Technology Consulting practice at Javelin Group, Europe's leading e-commerce and retail consultancy. Kees helps retailers align their technology strategy with the business strategy, defining IT and Application strategies as well as selecting and defining multi-channel retail (e-commerce) technologies. Whilst at Javelin Group he has defined global e-commerce strategies for companies such as Wal-Mart, Reed Elsevier and SSL International, and selected e-commerce technologies for Boots, DSGi and Virgin Megastores (now zavvi). Previously Kees worked for Salmon, a leading e-commerce systems integrator, where he led the e-commerce practice. In this role he was responsible for the design and implementation for large volume sites such as Argos, Arcadia Group and N Brown. (This is me - Update Profile)
