Kenneth Egan is a Retired Broker and former agent at Re/Max All Cities Realty in Los Angeles, CA and RE/MAX Equity Group, in Bend, Oregon. Both companies are not defunct. Mr. Egan has over 40 years of experience in real estate brokerage and was the Principal of RE brokerages in Los Angeles and Phoenix, AZ. He was the Principal for an eight office/100 agent brokerage in Phoenix, AZ with new home sales, commercial and residential divisions. Mr. Egan also served as the President of Services Resources Group, focusing on call center and technical support solutions. He has over 40 years of experience in selling systems, software and consulting services to corporate America, with sales of over $500M during his career. Mr. Egan was also responsible for managing the Western US for Honeywell and several software firms. He retired in 2005, but remains active in the real estate and technology industries. As a professional who has tracked housing prices for nearly 50 years, on the East and West coasts, I unequivocally believe that housing prices will continue to fall.
It's like the ocean--there is always another wave coming.
