Kim Murray, RN, BSN, MBA, CCRN, serves as the Vice President of Consulting/Sales and comes with 26 years of Healthcare experience. She has an exceptional combination of graduate business training and a wide exposure to the healthcare industry both nationally and internationally. She has extensive experience in healthcare consulting in over 200 hospitals including project management, strategic planning, change management, process improvement, and cost containment/revenue enhancement. She also has a proven track record in business development, sales and marketing. Ms. Murray has an extensive background in healthcare administrative and operations management and specializes in departmental transformations, managing start-ups, cost controls, service enhancements, quality improvements and personnel management.
