Laurence Wade is Principal Partner at Caprica Consulting, an Australian business advisory practice. We analyse every listed company in Australia's consumer goods and food and beverage sectors. Advisory services include investment analysis, M&A and IPO due diligence and structuring, industry and competitive analysis, and brokering of transactions. Our clients are the companies being advised on, IBs, fund managers, PE, hedge funds, and partners and suppliers.
Along with transaction and investment advice, we collate and analyse data sets across our target industries which allow us to track performance of brands, companies and industries.
Laurence is also CEO of Bon Vivant, an investment firm in the wine industry, a Board Member of the Institute of International Affairs, a Member of the Institute of Company Directors, and former Chairman of Centurion, an energy company. He has a wide business network and serves on the boards of a number of other companies and philanthropic bodies.
