Lisa Curran, CFA, is President of Perspicua Strategic Partners, an independent management consulting firm. Ms. Curran was previously Director of Strategic Planning at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) where she managed a team responsible for developing overall strategy. Ms. Curran performed strategic analysis related to possible mergers and acquisitions, developed industry and competitive analyses, and made recommendations for evolving the Exchange's business to achieve the organic and inorganic growth goals. In addition, she led the annual planning process, working closely with Exchange Management Team and Finance Department. Ms. Curran was also Vice President of Electronic Commerce at Refco Group, where she was responsible for strategy development. (This is me - Update Profile)
