Ms. Prichard has knowledge of various hardware and software including Cisco Systems (Gold Partner, largest supplier of Cisco in the US), Hewlett-Packard Development Company (Platinum Partner), Oracle Corporation (Executive Partner), EMC Corporation (Signature Direct Partner), IBM, NetApp (Star Partner), Juniper Networks, and Dell (Certified Partner). World Wide Technology sells into the federal, commercial, and telecom space with most of the accounts being medium business and large enterprise accounts. Steve Jobs Offers Rare Apology, Credit for iPhone | online.wsj.com

Tthey are hoping that this credit and reduction in price will increase sales since retail session begins in fourth quarter.  They made a mistake in the pricing and now they are trying correct it.  I will be curious to see if the pricing drops again in December.  My opinion is that it will not.  I think they will prepare for retail season and hope for the best.
