Loring Justice is Partner in the Law office of Loring Justice in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he practices tort law. He specializes in products and pharmaceutical liability, nursing home negligence and abuse, Medicare and Medicaid fraud, and mass torts including, tobacco and asbestos litigation. Mr. Justice maintains a special focus in the punitive damages aspect of such cases. He also practices contract law by prosecuting cases for professionals like doctors, lawyers, and business executives who have income protection insurance policies. Previously, Mr. Justice worked in the office of Vice-President Al Gore and served as Law Clerk to Judge Gilbert S. Merritt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
