Louis Bilka is the President of Communications Two Group, a direct response consulting and advertising agency. He is responsible for recommending and implementing mailing list, credit card inserts, newspaper inserts, space advertising, radio and television spot buying and infomercials. Communications Two Group also purchases printing services for its clients. Mr. Bilka has over 30 years of experience in direct response marketing and has extensive experience in the publishing industry. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President at P&L Direct Marketing Group, Vice President of Scott Publishing Company, Business Manager of Natural History Magazine and at Downe Communications served variously as Vice President of Downe Publishing, Ladies Home Journal, CFO of Family Weekly (USA Weekend) as well as Vice President of Downe Merchandising Company specializing in producing catalogs for some of the major airlines.
