Marcel Guay is President of Laué Guay, a firm providing consultancy services to the forest products industry. Mr. Guay is responsible for advising pulp, paper, and wood products companies on the strategic business development, valuation of assets, and acquisitions and mergers. He has more than 30 years of experience in providing consultancy services to companies such as Tembec, Western Forest Products, Neenah Papers, Abitibi-Consolidated, Domtar Inc. and Kruger.
