Mr. Marco Ghirardello

Council Member Biography

Marco Ghirardello is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Solartechno Europe B.V. Mr. Ghirardello has experience in sales and turnkey installation of solar systems in Italy, Germany, the Netherlands & Spain. He also has experience in evaluating and preparing feasibility study for large Photovoltaic (PV) plants, conducting market analysis, and identifying off-grid industrial segment as a potential area of growth for Shell Solar. Previously, he was a Senior Project Developer at Evelop. Prior, Mr. Ghirardello was the Chief Executive Officer of Enerray, an Italy based firm focusing on providing medium and large turnkey solar plants to industrial and financial customers. He was also a Commercial Solar Sales Manager of Germany at Xantrex Technology and a business development manager at Shell Solar. He was responsible for sales of central and string inverters. Mr. Ghirardello holds a full time MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering. (This is me - Update Profile)
