Mark Johnson is a Consulting Manager at Javelin Group, the UK's leading e-commerce and retail consultancy based in London and has worked there since 2001. Prior to joining Javelin Group he worked for a leading UK e-commerce services provider and for Screwfix Direct. Mark is an expert on the online payment market both in the UK and overseas. He has advised over 10 e-commerce retailers on payment processing and fraud screening and has been involved in the selection and implementation for many of these. He knows all the main UK payment service providers well, and has a very clear understanding of what clients need from payment services. (This is me - Update Profile)
