Mary Neil Price is a Partner at Dickinson Wright in Nashville, Tennessee, where she is a member of their Business and Tax Department. Ms. Price's practice includes financial institutions, securities, mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Ms. Price was General Counsel of First American Corporation, where she responsible for all corporate support functions, SEC reporting, stock and debt offerings, corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory relations, shareholder services and stock transfer functions. Ms. Price supervised attorneys in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, bankruptcy, loan document preparation, legal processes and risk management. Her experience also includes private equity and debt financing, licensing transactions, and trademark matters.
