Michael Kim, MD, is an Associate Professor at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He also serves as the Associate Director of the Cardiac Electrophysiology Laboratory at Northwestern. Dr. Kim has expertise in anti-arrhythmic therapy, clinical electrophysiology, arrhythmia management notably in atrial fibrillation, ablation, and implantable devices. His research interests focus on cardiovascular outcomes, electrophysiology, atrial fibrillation, anticoagulants, quality of care, and device therapy. Previously, Dr. Kim was the Director of Electrophysiology Laboratory at Rush University Medical Center and Director of Pacemaker and Defibrillator Program at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare. He has authored over 150 publications and has been awarded research grants. Dr. Kim is also a Consultant to Medtronic, Sanofi, and Boehringer-Ingelheim. (This is me - Update Profile)
