Council Member Biography

Michael Kuller, RPh, is the President of Allstar Oxygen Services, the leading private home oxygen, CPAP and medical equipment company in Northern California, since November 1999. Allstar Oxygen Services was recognized as the 4th fastest growing private company in the San Francisco Bay Area between 2000 and 2003. He belongs to the AA Homecare and the MED Group which allows him to keep current with trends in the industry. Mr. Kuller is a regular contributor to HME News and has written articles for Homecare Magazine. In 1982, he founded one of the first home infusion companies in the SF Bay Area and has worked as a Vice President for three different national home health care companies, including Apria Healthcare. In 1985, Mr. Kuller was appointed to the Home Healthcare Committee of the California State Board of Pharmacy. He received a BS in Pharmacy and a BS in Business from the University of Colorado and is an NIPCO Certified Respiratory Care Pharmacist. (This is me - Update Profile)
