Council Member Biography
Michael Schindler is a Senior Consultant at Reality Consult GmbH, Frankfurt, Munich and Vienna, a leading real estate and facility management consulting firm in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Schindler has experience in project and project management, Real Estate and Facility Management (REFM) strategy development, real estate and facility management process analysis and process optimization, and IT-Support and -Integration in/of REFM Systems. He has acted in a project management capacity for user requirements of a new trading department building of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg; industrial site services strategy for automotive electronics business area of Robert Bosch GmbH, extension and integration of the existing CAFM system for the Adidas group; real estate accounting system for the Savings Bank of Waiblingen; and office space optimization for Telefonica O2 at their German headquarters. Mr. Schinlder was also involved in Space Management strategy consulting for the City of Munich. He holds an MSc in Facility Management from Kufstein University of Applied Sciences in Kufstein, Austria. (This is me - Update Profile)
