Council Member Biography
Michael Viola is the Director at Auriemma Consulting Group, a management consulting to the financial services industry with a particular focus on payments, lending and retail banking. He joined ACG in 2003 after several years in the IT sector, bringing with him his technical and analytic proficiency. Mr. Viola manages several Industry Roundtables in the US and UK. His extensive functional knowledge enables him to offer expert advice on various types of consulting engagements including; operational reviews, market assessments, and expert witness support. Prior to Industry Roundtable management, Mr. Viola was responsible for the creation and analysis of ACG's benchmark studies across multiple lines of business.
