Council Member Biography

Michael Zolandz is a Partner in the Public Law & Policy Strategies Group at SNR Denton US LLP in Washington, DC. Mr. Zolandz develops public affairs strategies for a diverse range of clients, including technology, transportation, health care, corporations, and trade associations. He represents clients on legislative, administrative, and political law representations before Congress and the Executive Branch, and state and local entities including judicial reform, tax, appropriations, trade policy, higher education, and defense authorization and defense programs. His experience also involves work with clients on compliance with CFIUS, trade matters, and OFAC compliance. Mr. Zolandz also works with clients to ensure their compliance under the Lobbying Disclosure Act and Foreign Agents Registration Act, and provides counsel to corporations, Political Action Committees and Trade Associations on compliance with Federal & State congressional finance law.
