Miguel Rodriguez, MD, is a Hepatologist, Gastroenterologist, and a Managing Partner of the Miami Gastroenterology Consultants PA, a single specialty group in Miami, Florida, since October 2000. He is former Assistant Professor of Medicine of the University of Miami School of Medicine and Center for Liver Diseases and Division of Gastrointestinal and Liver Transplantation. His current interests are viral hepatitis, HIV, treatment of hepatitis in special populations (dialysis, HIV, adolescents) and transplantation. He has consulted for Schering, Amgen, Roche, and Ortho.
