Mr. Horswell has wide experience and expertise in UK's healthcare management, information management, IT systems healthcare, and development and use of e-health technologies. He has over 20 years of experience of management in commissioning healthcare in the UK National Health Service, with over 15 years of management consultancy experience in healthcare information and IT services, working with suppliers and NHS clients.
