Mike Ousley’s professional background spans 30 years in Real Estate Collateral Assessment, Mortgage Banking and private and public business. He co-founded Foster Ousley Conley in 1987 and as its COO/President led it through its growth from a small two person operation to a nationwide company employing over 400 individuals, thousands of contractors and managing multiple offices in dozens of states. In 1993, he started a new multi-office nationwide firm, Appraisal Enhancement Services, that utilized technology to assist clients manage thousands of real estate transactions daily and provide collateral audit, review and valuation services. His clients were the largest real estate lending, mortgage insurance, rating agencies and investment banking firms in America, such as Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Countrywide Funding, UBS, JP Morgan, Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s, GMAC, GE Capital and countless others. In 1998, his company was recognized as the 7th fastest growing private firm in the SF Bay Area in terms of revenue by the SF Business Times, growing in excess of 400% annually. He developed web-based valuation and collateral risk tools and scoring models that assisted the mortgage/investment banking industry in managing work-flow and decision making. In 2003 the firm was acquired by Fidelity National Financial, a fortune 500 company, and Mike developed the merger plan and managed the company’s integration into FNF. (This is me - Update Profile)
