Minesh Mehta, MD, is currently a Professor of Radiation Oncology, Northwestern University, Chicago, and was previously a Radiation Oncologist and Professor in the Department of Human Oncology at the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He was also a Professor of Neurological Surgery with interests in neuro-oncology, TomoTherapy IMRT, radiosensitizers, radioprotectors, CNS tumors, lung cancer, pediatric radiation oncology, and advanced imaging. Dr. Mehta is also involved in clinical trials with particular interest in lung cancer, brain metastases, and primary brain tumors. He serves, or has served in the past as a consultant or speaker or research collaborator for several pharmaceutical and technology companies including Allos, Colby, Gammex, Genentech, Glaxo, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, Pharmacyclics, Phillips, Schering, Stemina, and Tomotherapy.
