Neil Kelly is an independent semiconductor test Consultant since October 2005. Previously, Mr. Kelly was Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at LTX Corporation, a semiconductor test equipment and services company. With more than 25 years experience in semiconductor test, in engineering and engineering management positions, he is an expert in system on a chip (SOC), mixed signal, and RF wireless test, and is knowledgeable about memory test. He is experienced in all aspects of the back-end semiconductor business, including test equipment vendors (Teradyne, LTX-Credence, and Advantest), and outsourced assembly and test providers (ASE Test, Amkor, STATS ChipPAC, SPIL, and UTAC). ISE Labs is owned by the large outsourced test and assembly company ASE Group, who have not previously been extensively involved in DRAM test. The purchase of a DRAM tester by one of their feeder labs indicates a change in direction.
