Mr. Norm MacKenzie currently works as a consultant to the food and beverage industry. He has expertise leading companies with aggressive growth objectives that involve acquisitions and focused profitable sales growth in the private label, foodservice, ingredient and export market channels. Previously he grew Boder Foods' net revenue in one year to 37%, and increased EBITDA 29.4%. He implemented "World Class Manufacturing" in the Border Foods processing facilities as well as the acquistion strategy to acquire Universal Blanchers. As CEO of Universal Blanchers, Mr. Mackenzie repositioned the company into a global marketer with the acquisition of Seabrook Enterprises. As President and CEO of Agripac, he focused on private label, club stores, foodservice and ingredient customers. He entered the "private label" market and penetrated the southwest regional retail grocery chains. As Executive Vice President of Del Monte's World Wide Operations, Mr. Mackenzie was responsible for private label, foodservice, ingredient and international sales. (This is me - Update Profile)
