Paolo Novembri is a Chief Executive Officer at TJF Group, Italy where he has worked since 2004. TJFGroup is an international Italian luxurious goods and watches, jewellery consulting group based in Arezzo. It provides strategic advice, branding and positioning, buying and brand selection, sourcing suppliers, marketing, and product design services. Previously, he has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Damiani USA and Director of International Development for Damiani Group worldwide from 2000-2004. Damiani offers a large selection of fine quality diamond jewellery and luxury items. From 1993 to 2000 Mr. Novembri was President and CEO of Gori & Zucchi Inc., a wholly owned American subsidiary of Unoaerre, Italy. His main focus during this period was to market and distribute to primary retail outlets in North, Central and South America and to duty free organizations worldwide. During the period 1987 to 1993, Mr. Novembri held various management positions at Unoaerre: Project and Sales Manager in La Paz, Bolivia; Director of Operations for Scandanavia based in Helsinki, Finland; Worldwide Sales Manager based in Arezzo, Italy.
