Council Member Biography

Paul Corsi, MD is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist at Associated Obstetrics and Gynecology in Michigan. Dr. Corsi is the Director of minimally invasive surgery for St. Joseph Mercy - Oakland. He oversees all of the surgical subspecialties including gynecology, urology, colorectal, general surgery and cardiothorasic. His interests include gynecological surgical operations, infertility, and treatment of many gynecological problems, including endometriosis and menopause. He also performs gynecological in-office surgical procedures. These procedures include: Her Option, Hydrothermal Ablation (Boston Scientific), Thermachoice, Novasure and Essure. In addition, Dr. Corsi performs many Da vinci surgical procedures including hysterectomy, myomectomy, sacrocolpopexy and resection of endometriosis. He has trained and proctored many gynecologists in robotic surgery. He works in a group practice which includes treatment for high risk pregnancy.
