Council Member Biography

Paul Massie is responsible for SaaS Operations, Customer Support and internal IT for YouSendIt. In the last few years, he has been responsible for SaaS Operations, Customer Support and internal IT in a variety of companies, usually as a contract manager. His previous positions include Chief Information Officer at Genesis Microchip, where he was responsible for all IT functions including infrastructure and applications. Previous positions include Director of IT at Openwave Systems, Vice President of SaaS Operations at Asera and CIO at Cylink. Mr. Massie has in-depth knowledge of all major IT technologies including Windows, Solaris, Linux, VoIP, Video conferencing, HR systems, Sales forecasting, CRM, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), disaster recovery, enterprise management tools, load balancers, WAN accelerators, automated security management, technical training tools and companies, Web conferencing, laptop/desktop computing, and servers.
