Peter Dennehy is a Vice President at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC. JBREC is a real estate strategy firm that provides advisory services and research for the U.S. housing industry. The firm's services include market and consumer analyses, transaction due diligence and asset valuation. JBREC helps real estate companies, financial institutions, corporations, institutional investors, and public-sector entities make sound decisions about development and disposition, management, investment, design, and corporate strategy issues. Our analyses cover all property types (commercial, residential (rental, for-sale and senior housing) and land.
