Mr. Peter Rogers

Council Member Biography

Peter M. Rogers is the Chief Operating Officer at FrontPoint Security Solutions, the nationwide residential alarm services provider. Prior to this and until May 2007, Peter was a Managing Director with Peak Management Resources, a commercial and corporate security consulting firm. As a former consultant and principal at successful operating companies, Mr. Rogers has been active in the electronic security sector since 1989. His consulting practice combined high-level operational expertise with significant Mergers & Acquisitions experience serving investors, lenders, and the operators, and specializing in management of acquisition, assimilation, and divestiture strategies, supervision of financial and operational due diligence, development and implementation of metrics reporting systems, and work-out/restructuring services. Prior to Peak & FrontPoint, Mr. Rogers held the position of Director of New Business Development at Tyco International. Before Tyco, Mr. Rogers held senior executive positions at SecurityLink and AlarmGuard. (This is me - Update Profile)
