Council Member Biography

Philip C. Levi is the Managing Partner at Levi & Sinclair, a Canada-based forensic accounting and auditing firm with emphasis in auditor negligence litigation, Canadian & US GAAP, forensic auditing and litigation support. He has over 40 years of accounting and finance experience across various industries. Prior to this, Mr. Levi served as a Senior Partner in a Canada-based accounting and auditing firm. Mr. Levi is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Maine, Florida and North Carolina. He is a Member of the AICPA Fraud Advisory Committee, a regent emeritus of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and was selected as the Fraud Examiner of the Year in 2007. Mr. Levi is a recognized specialist in financial statement presentation and the application of accounting principles in Canada, the US, The Caribbean and the application of International Accounting Standard.
