Prashant Mehra is a Client Service Director at Grant Thornton, India. He specializes in viability reviews, financial due diligence in connection with acquisitions and fundraising, flotation's and public company transactions in Apparel, Consumer Retail, Food, IT & ITES, Life sciences, Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment, Real Estate and Construction. He focuses on buy-side and fundraising transactions for venture capital and private equity houses, banks and corporates. He has led teams on all aspects of Transaction Services work including a number of cross border assignments.
