Council Member Biography

Within Javelin’s Risk and Fraud practice, Rachel leads research projects to help companies evaluate solutions and operational procedures that lead to effective practices in brand protection, customer relationships and loss avoidance, utilizing analysis of data from consumer security perspectives and behaviors, fraud victims, executive interviews and mystery shopper research.Her previous work experience builds upon a strong background in writing and research spanning multiple industries, where she mostly engaged in qualitative research. Most recently, she served as an editor for an investment banking firm, reviewing financial valuation reports and performing secondary research.
